ADMINISTRATIVE
RULES
Note: An
‘affiliate’ refers to a recognized sanctioning body or race track
which conducts a minimum of twelve 360 c.i. sprint
car events per year.
A ‘team’ refers to a 360 c.i. sprint car/driver combination.
1.
Affiliate

affiliate agrees to place
the September 17/18,
2010 Canadian Sprint Car
NATIONALS date on its schedule
by April 1, 2010; place an informational ICON
supplied
by the Canadian Nationals
on their website in a prominent place for
the entire 2010 racing season; agrees to allow both the
Canadian
Nationals
and Ohsweken
Speedway to use
the series logo(s) for event advertising as desired; distribute
event advertising materials as requested at various venues; and be
represented by a minimum of two teams at the September
18th event.

In return; each affiliate who fails to qualify a car through the
preliminary events will receive one provisional spot for the “A” Main
awarded to the highest ranking car from
their series through time trials on September 18th provided they have attempted
to qualify through heat races and completed their respective “B” Main.

also; affiliates
represented by twelve or more teams in competition at the September
18th Canadian Sprint Car Nationals will receive a $400 affiliate sanction fee. If more
than six but less than twelve cars are in competition the affiliate sanction fee
paid will be $200. If less than seven cars are in competition, there will be NO
affiliate sanction fee paid.

direction of Canadian
Sprint Car Nationals

scorers; tech; pit stewards; etc as requested.
2.
Team
Entry Levels: (Entry
applies to Car – Not Driver)
- (March 1/10 to August 15/10) team pays ($40) “non-refundable entry fee” to Ohsweken Speedway (received by event Registrar by 6 p.m. Eastern time on August 15/10); Along with the paid pre-entry the team receives one pit pass (1) (in driver's name) for each of Sept.17 &18 (a $60 value)

Pre-Entries will be accepted after August 15/10”

entry fee to Registrar at Ohsweken
Speedway;

receives no FREE driver's
pit passes.
- All PRE-ENTRANTS will be able to draw a second time for a starting position on either day if he or she does not like their first draw. However, the entrant must take the second pill number (if taken) regardless of whether or not it is a better starting position.

Only
three (3) Series Officials (representatives) will be granted VIP entry to the
event (apart from those requested to work
by the event
coordinator).

Names
of individuals to be granted VIP Entry MUST BE submitted to and
approved by the event Director
of Operations at email pelkiekj@ebtech.net
or fax to (519)542-2116 before September
8/10.
- No "Walk-up" VIP access will be granted on race day.
- No personal vehicles will be allowed parking privileges inside the Pit Area.
NOTE:
CANADIAN
SPRINT CAR NATIONALS are
an open-competition event. All sprint car teams which abide by the
administrative, technical and procedural rules as set forth by Ohsweken
Speedway are welcome. Ohsweken
Speedway reserves the right to reject any pre-entry / entry for any
reason. Entry
fee applies to car and is not transferable to other teams. Driver
changes are allowed as per event rules. All
decisions by Nationals Managing Officials are final.
