ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

1.       Affiliate Program:  

-   affiliate agrees to place the September 12/13, 2008 Canadian Sprint Car NATIONALS date on its schedule by April 1, 2008; place an informational ICON supplied by the Canadian Nationals on their website in a prominent place for the entire 2008 racing season; agrees to allow both the Canadian Nationals and Ohsweken Speedway to use the series logo(s) for event advertising as desired;  distribute event advertising materials as requested at various venues; and be represented by a minimum of two teams at the September 13 event.

-                  In return; each affiliate who fails to qualify a car through the preliminary events will receive one provisional spot for the “A” Main awarded to the highest ranking car  from their series through time trials on September 13 provided they have attempted to qualify through heat races and completed their respective “B” Main.  

-      also; affiliates represented by twelve or more teams in competition at the September 13 Canadian Sprint Car Nationals  will receive a $500 affiliate sanction fee. If more than six but less than twelve cars are in competition the affiliate sanction fee paid will be $200. If less than six cars are in competition, there will be NO affiliate sanction fee paid.

-                  affiliates are also expected to supply personnel to work under the direction of Canadian Sprint Car Nationals Director of Operations  as scorers; tech; pit stewards; etc (paid by Ohsweken Speedway) as requested.

2.     Team Entry Levels:  (Entry applies to Car – Not Driver)

Pre-Entry  (available March 1/08 through August 15/08)

-         (March 1/08 to August 15/08) team pays ($50) “non-refundable entry fee” to Ohsweken Speedway (received by event Registrar by 6 p.m. Eastern time on August 15/08); team receives pit passes (2)  (one driver & one crew) for each of Sept.12&13 and the right to purchase up to five additional pit passes for Sept.12 at a discounted price of ($20) and five for Sept.13 at a discounted price of ($30).

-         “No Pre-Entries will be accepted after August 15/08”

Entry on September 12/13

-         team pays ($85) entry fee to Registrar at  Ohsweken Speedway;

-         team receives no FREE or discounted pit passes.

3.     Pit Pass Costs:  

-         Pit Passes on September 12 are ($25).

-         Pit Passes on September 13/14 are ($40).

 NOTE:          

-         NO SERIES PASSES / MEMBERSHIP CARDS will be honored

-         Only three (3) Series Officials (representatives) will be granted VIP entry to the event (apart from those requested to work by the event coordinator).

-         Names of individuals to be granted VIP Entry MUST BE submitted to the event coordinator by September 6/08.
